The JET® TS Series electric hoist is engineered for safety, durability, and efficient operation in demanding industrial applications, featuring a two-speed motor that allows for quick material movement and the ability to slow down for precise placement. This hoist incorporates a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection system, providing rapid braking and safeguarding against overloading to enhance operator safety and prolong tool life. It includes a patented gear limit switch for accurate control of the stopping point in both lifting and lowering directions, thereby minimizing potential damage to the unit. The hoist supports safe lifting speeds ranging from 3 feet per minute to 33 feet per minute and is available in capacities from 1/2 ton to 5 tons. The DC motor brake engages instantly upon power failure to further ensure safety. The IP55 TEFC motor, equipped with Class F insulation, is designed to function in harsh environments, while the five-pocket chain sprocket reduces vibration and wear during extended operations. The pendant control is IP65 rated, making it fully waterproof, insulated, and impact-resistant, and the hoist includes built-in heat protection for added reliability.
