The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists combine safety, reliability, and durability, designed for light to medium-duty industrial applications. The kit includes an all-steel construction that is impact resistant for added durability and protection. It features needle bearings supporting the load sheave, which enhances efficiency and promotes smooth operation. The improved easy free chain design is a two-step, no load, free chaining system that allows for quicker hoist positioning and slack chain take-up while preventing free chaining under load. An ergonomic grip redesign provides greater operator control and increased comfort. The cast-steel safety latches, secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, are more durable than stamped steel latches, preventing bending out of compliance with lifting regulations. Additionally, the Weston style double ratchet pawl brake design splits the load to opposite sides of the ratchet gear, ensuring greater load security and increased safety.
