Constructed using the certified Meehanite® casting process, JET® variable speed milling machines provide consistent and reliable operation. The JET® JTM-4VS series mills feature precision bored and honed milling heads for quality cuts, and a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop for ease of use. They are available in single or three-phase power configurations and include adjustable gibs throughout, a heavy-duty splined motor drive, and an internal coolant tank built into the casting base (coolant pump not included). Additional specifications include a large diameter chromed quill, a one-shot lubrication system, precision hardened and ground ways and table, and an internally cooled spindle head. Each unit also comes with a tolerance test sheet and is backed by an industry-leading two-year full service and parts warranty.
