This hoist is available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 10 ton, with standard lifts of 10, 15, 20, and 30 feet, and custom lifts can be accommodated. Key features include a Grade 80 black oxide coated load chain for enhanced durability, heat-treated load plates, and industrial-rated alloy steel hooks that can rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging while featuring a slow stretch to indicate an overload situation. Designed for harsh environments, the heat-treated load plates and case-hardened corrosive resistant internal components extend the hoist’s lifespan. Efficiency is increased through needle bearings that support the load sheave for smooth operation. The hoist is secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, and the cast-steel safety latches offer greater durability than stamped steel alternatives, ensuring compliance with lifting regulations. The Weston style double ratchet pawl brake design effectively splits the load to opposite sides of the ratchet gear, enhancing load security and safety.
