Constructed using the certified Meehanite® casting process, the JET® variable speed milling machines with power draw bar provide consistent and reliable operation. They feature precision bored and honed milling heads for quality cuts, and a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop for ease of use. Available in single or three-phase power configurations, the JET® JTM-4VS series mills are backed by a two-year full service and parts warranty. Key features include adjustable gibs throughout, a heavy-duty splined motor drive, an internal coolant tank built into the casting base (coolant pump not included), a large diameter chromed quill, a one-shot lubrication system, precision hardened and ground ways and table, an internally cooled spindle head, and a tolerance test sheet included.
