The Jet® TS Series electric hoist is engineered for safety, durability, and efficient operation in demanding industrial applications. With a two-speed capability, it allows for the quick movement of materials while enabling precise placement without the risk of excessive bump firing. The hoist features a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection, ensuring safety on the job site by providing quick braking and preventing overloading. Additionally, a patented gear limit switch allows for precise control of stopping points in both directions, which extends the hoist's lifespan and reduces potential damage. This system supports safe lifting speeds of up to 33 feet per minute and as low as 3 feet per minute, enhancing operational efficiency. The TS Series offers capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 5 tons and includes an IP55 TEFC motor with Class F insulation for operation in harsh environments, a 5 pocket chain sprocket for reduced vibration and chain wear, and a pendant control that is IP65 rated, fully waterproof, insulated, and impact resistant.
