The Jet® TS Series electric hoist is engineered for safety, durability, and efficient performance in demanding industrial environments. This hoist features a two-speed motor, allowing materials to be moved swiftly and precisely, with lifting speeds ranging from 3 feet per minute to 33 feet per minute. It incorporates a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection system to prioritize safety and extend the product's lifespan. A patented gear limit switch facilitates accurate control over the stopping points in both directions, further safeguarding against potential damage. The DC motor brake activates immediately in the event of a power failure, ensuring operator safety. The hoist is equipped with an IP55-rated TEFC motor with Class F insulation, making it suitable for harsh conditions. Additionally, a 5 pocket chain sprocket design minimizes vibration and chain wear during extended lifting or lowering operations. The pendant control boasts an IP65 rating, ensuring it is fully waterproof, insulated, and impact-resistant for prolonged service life. The TS Series is available in capacities ranging from 1/2 ton to 5 tons.
