This hoist features a two-speed motor that allows for material movement at safe lifting speeds ranging from 3 feet per minute to 33 feet per minute, enabling precise placement without excessive bump firing. It includes a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection system that activates instantly in the event of a power failure, ensuring operator safety and extending product life. The hoist is equipped with a patented gear limit switch for accurate control of stopping points in both directions, further prolonging the hoist's lifespan and preventing potential damage. With a capacity range from 1/2 ton to 5 tons, the hoist utilizes an IP55 TEFC motor with Class F insulation, making it suitable for harsh environments. A five-pocket chain sprocket minimizes vibration, promotes smoother operation, and reduces chain wear during lifting and lowering applications. The pendant control is IP65 rated, fully waterproof, insulated, and impact resistant, ensuring reliable performance over time.
