Safety is prioritized with a two-in-one mechanical brake and overload protection that ensures the hoist operates within safe limits. A patented gear limit switch enables precise control of the stopping point in both lifting and lowering directions, extending the hoist's lifespan and preventing potential damage. The hoist offers safe lifting speeds ranging from 3 feet per minute to 33 feet per minute and is available in capacities from 1/2 ton to 5 tons. The DC motor brake actuates instantly in case of power failure, while the IP55 TEFC motor with Class F insulation is designed for harsh environments. The five pocket chain sprocket provides reduced vibration and smoother operation, minimizing chain wear during prolonged lifting or lowering operations.
