The Vantage® 322 is a versatile welder/generator designed for demanding applications, offering up to 400 amps of welding output (IEC rated at 300 amps) and 11 kW of continuous three-phase auxiliary power. It supports multiple welding processes, including CC-stick, downhill pipe, DC touch start TIG®, CV-wire, and arc gouging mode, enabling it to handle various tasks, including carbon arc gouging with up to 5/16 in. (8.0 mm) carbon rods. The machine is powered by a 22 HP, naturally aspirated Kubota® diesel engine that ensures smooth and quiet operation while complying with EPA Tier 4 Final standards. The Vantage 322 incorporates patented Chopper® technology for superior arc performance with reduced spatter and improved gouging capabilities, preventing engine stall for smoother material removal. Engineered for reliability, it features rugged construction suitable for challenging job sites and harsh environments. The design includes a lockable and removable sliding access door for engine and internal component maintenance, a front battery drawer for easy access, and a top-mounted radiator cover for convenient serviceability. The fuel system is optimized for longer run times between refueling.
