The Formax® FD 1202 pressure sealer is an efficient solution for processing one-piece pressure-sensitive mailers in small office environments. This machine includes a drop-in feed system for dependable form feeding without the need for paper fanning, a compact desktop design for easy installation and operation, and clearly marked fold plates that allow for a variety of fold types, including Z, C, uneven Z, uneven C, half, and custom folds. It features a catch tray for neat, sequential stacking of processed forms, and pre-marked popular folds to facilitate quick changes in fold type or form size. The FD 1202 processes up to 38 forms per minute and is capable of handling forms up to 14 inches. Options include a fully enclosed locking cabinet for storage and a 402 series jogger that reduces static electricity and aligns forms for proper feeding.
