The Formax® FD 1506 pressure sealer is designed to securely seal one-piece direct mailers in minutes, eliminating the need for envelopes while handling forms up to 14" in size and achieving speeds of up to 100 forms per minute. Built in the USA, this machine features easy-adjust fold plates pre-marked for standard folds such as Z, C, uneven Z, and half folds, accommodating both 11" and 14" form sizes with customization options available. The user-friendly graphics-based color touchscreen simplifies operation, allowing users to load up to 200 forms, select the desired fold type, and start the process with a touch of a button. It is equipped with a compact desktop design, a drop-in top feed system that ensures dependable feeding without paper fanning, and a six-digit resettable counter for maximum audit control. Additional options include an 18" conveyor with a photo eye for neat stacking, a locking cabinet for secure storage with mobility casters, and a 402 series jogger that reduces static electricity and aligns forms for proper feeding. The unit has a hopper capacity of up to 200 forms, 20# and operates efficiently for various applications such as checks, invoices, marketing pieces, and school reports.
