The kit includes an inverter rack designed for portability and protection, capable of delivering up to 800A max output across four arcs. It supports multiple welding processes such as Stick (SMAW), gouging (CAC-A), flux-cored (FCAW), MIG (GMAW), flux-cored self-shielded (FCAW-S), flux-cored gas-shielded (FCAW-G), and submerged arc (SAW). The unit operates with a wide range of available 3-phase input power and features an easy one-knob process selection. It offers a fast arc response for smooth action and consistent bead appearance. The user weld schedule memory allows for the easy recall of frequently used weld procedures, particularly with POWER FEED® and FLEX FEED® 84 wire feeders. Synergic one-knob control over wire feed speed and voltage is available with applicable feeders. The design includes components engineered to run cool in high-temperature environments, boasting an IP23 rating for outdoor and harsh conditions, and it is Desert Duty® rated for temperatures up to 55°C. Compatibility with most Lincoln Electric® feeders is guaranteed, including common bench and boom models along with portable across-the-arc models, and it utilizes CROSSLINC™ technology for remote procedure setting without control cables, enhancing weld quality and safety by minimizing jobsite clutter.
