The patented HyperFill® twin wire MIG solution is engineered to enhance heavy fabrication productivity by delivering increased deposition rates while ensuring weld quality and puddle stability. Utilizing a single power source, a single wire feeder, a single tip, and Lincoln Electric® premium wire, this system achieves deposition rates exceeding 18 lbs/hr | 8.2 kg/hr (24 lbs/hr | 10.9 kg/hr robotic) without complicating system operation for the user. The kit includes a convenient Ready-Pak® that allows for quick setup within minutes, as well as the capability to run both HyperFill and a single wire process on the same system. Advanced connectivity features are standard with all Power Wave® systems, providing access to Lincoln Electric® Power Wave® Manager and Lincoln Electric® CheckPoint® production monitoring for remote configuration, process control, and quality assurance. The system is compact and durable, carrying an IP23 rating to withstand tough environments, and incorporates patented PowerConnect® technology, which automatically adjusts to input power ranging from 200-600V, 50 or 60 Hz, whether single-phase or three-phase, while maintaining consistent welding output across the entire voltage range. It features a Tribrid® power module for high welding performance with an efficient power factor, and a 115V (10A) AC duplex auxiliary power receptacle with Surge Blocker™ technology that prevents disruption of welding performance from high starting current devices. Additionally, smart fan operation reduces noise and energy consumption by activating only when necessary. Note that HyperFill® specifically requires a licensed waveform and is designed to work exclusively with select Lincoln Electric® welding wire.
