The HyperFill® twin wire MIG solution is engineered to enhance heavy fabrication productivity by achieving increased deposition rates without sacrificing puddle stability or weld quality. This innovative system operates with a single power source, a single wire feeder, a single tip, and Lincoln Electric® premium wire, enabling deposition rates exceeding 18 lbs/hr (8.2 kg/hr) and up to 24 lbs/hr (10.9 kg/hr) for robotic applications, all without adding complexity for the operator or the system. The kit includes a Convenient Ready-Pak® for quick setup, is dual process ready for running both HyperFill and a single wire process on the same system, and features advanced connectivity options with access to Lincoln Electric® Power Wave® Manager and Checkpoint® production monitoring for superior remote configuration and quality assurance. It is designed to be compact and durable, rated IP23 to endure harsh environments, and incorporates patented PowerConnect® technology that automatically adjusts to input power ranging from 200-600V at 50 or 60 Hz, whether single phase or three phase, while maintaining constant welding output. The system also features a Tribrid® power module for enhanced performance and efficiency, a 115V (10A) AC duplex auxiliary power receptacle equipped with Surge Blocker™ technology to prevent workflow disruptions from high starting current devices, and smart fan operation that reduces noise and energy use by activating only when necessary. The HyperFill® solution requires a licensed waveform and is specifically designed to work with selected Lincoln Electric® welding wire.
