The Multi-Process Power Wave® S500 is equipped with Lincoln Electric® performance technology and innovation, designed to be an advanced process welding machine that delivers top-tier performance. This welding system features a modular platform that allows for customization to meet specific welding needs, with modules that can be stacked directly beneath the power source for a clean and convenient setup, whether stationary or on a cart. Advanced connectivity and control are standard, providing access to Lincoln Electric® Power Wave® Manager and Lincoln Electric® Checkpoint® production monitoring for enhanced remote configuration, process control, and quality assurance. The unit is compact and durable, with an IP23 rating to endure harsh environments. It includes patented PowerConnect® technology, which automatically adjusts to input power from 200-600V, 50 or 60 Hz, in single phase or three phase configurations, ensuring consistent welding output across the entire input voltage range. The Tri-Brid® power module offers exceptional welding performance with a high power factor and efficiency. Additionally, it comes with a 115V (10A) AC duplex auxiliary power receptacle featuring patent-pending Surge Blocker™ technology to maintain welding performance even when high starting current devices, such as grinders, are in use.
