The X-Tractor® Mini is a lightweight, high vacuum portable fume extraction system designed to filter particulate and remove welding fumes, making it ideal for light duty welding applications. Its quiet operation and portability enhance its usability in confined and hard-to-reach spaces. Key features include the capability to create a safer work environment for welders and shop employees, effectively removing weld fume particulate with a large surface area coverage and 99.7% filter unit efficiency. The system boasts lightweight, durable construction, multiple extraction CFM settings tailored to environmental conditions, and a current sensor for automatic start/stop based on welding current. It operates at a sound level of less than 80 dB(A) and includes a carbon brush system that monitors and alerts brush consumption based on 750 run hours. The system airflow check allows for easy observation of extraction performance. The kit includes an extraction hose with an adapter measuring 8 ft. (2.4 m) in length and 1-3/4 in. (45 mm) I.D., a Longlife-H main filter, a HEPA filter, two carbon brushes, and seals for the motor.
