The Prism mobile systems are low vacuum solutions designed for welding fume extraction and filtration, suitable for smaller manufacturing facilities requiring light to medium-duty extraction in variable locations. They are not intended for use with cutting or arc gouging operations. The systems offer a generous airflow of 735 CFM with flexible 10 and 13 ft. extraction arms, with CFM levels dependent on arm length, fan type, and system maintenance. An internal spark arrestor acts as a pre-filter for larger particles to prevent sparks from reaching the filter, while the large filter area of 538 ft² and disposable (non-cleaning) filter ensure fewer changes and lower operational costs. The filter status indicator visually guides remaining filter life, and the color-coded filter status facilitates tool-less main filter replacement. Users can choose between manual or automatic on/off operation. The systems are crafted in the U.S.A. from both U.S. and foreign content, making them ideal for applications in small manufacturing facilities, schools, fabrication, and plant maintenance and repair. The front casters and rear wheels enhance mobility and positioning, while the optimal motion and reach are supported by a variety of extraction arm models or a hose/hood set.
