The Maverick® 325X is an advanced engine-driven welder that combines size, performance, and innovation, providing substantial power and promoting fuel savings through variable engine RPM and auto start/stop capabilities. It features a heavy-duty 4.6" weatherproof LCD screen for an advanced user interface and comes equipped with CrossLinc® technology, allowing adjustments of machine output at the arc to enhance productivity, site safety, and overall weld quality. With a welding output of 325A and 10 kW of clean, single-phase power, this compact powerhouse is a multi-process workhorse capable of specialized stick, wire welding, and direct-connect spool gun applications. The durable digital display provides complete machine control, including process setup, maintenance reminders, and pin authorization. Additional features include the ability to change welding parameters at the arc without an extra control cable, automatic adjustment of engine speed to minimize fuel consumption and noise, and auto-stop/start technology to conserve fuel and reduce engine wear. The welding processes supported are Stick (SMAW), Gouging (CAC-A), TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), Flux-Cored Self-Shielded (FCAW-S), and Flux-Cored Gas-Shielded (FCAW-G). The kit includes the machine only.
