This kit is designed for use with thermal transfer labels on Zebra, Sato, or Datamax brand printers and includes Datamax thermal transfer ribbons that are wax-based, measuring 3 inches x 1181 feet, with 36 ribbons per case. The ribbons feature Printhead Saver® technology and an anti-static back coating, both designed to extend the life of thermal printheads. With performance characteristics that allow for printing at lower temperatures and faster speeds, this product results in reduced printhead costs and lower overall energy usage. It delivers dark, high-definition printing for rotated and non-rotated barcodes, text, logos, and symbols, while being durable and smudge resistant. The ribbons are highly sensitive, enabling lower print temperatures and can print at higher speeds of up to 12 inches per second. The recommended printer type is Datamax.
