The kit includes 2-inch 3M™ Scotchlite™ FR reflective tape for superior visibility and a flame-resistant hook and loop closure that meets NFPA 70E and ASTM F1506 standards. The solid fabric is made from durable polyester and is designed to be worn over arc-rated clothing only, not recommended for use alone or over non-arc resistant apparel. It falls under Type/Class R2, which is necessary for workers exposed to traffic traveling over 25 mph and who work against complex backgrounds. The extended life feature allows for reuse and laundering, reducing cost and environmental impact.
