It features ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 3 durable GlenGuard® modacrylic fabric, ensuring long-lasting performance and comfort. The garment is equipped with 2-inch 3M Scotchlite FR reflective tape for superior visibility and a self-binding FR hook and loop closure. It meets ASTM 1506 standards with an arc rating of ATPV 4.6 cal/cm² and includes one internal lower pocket. This apparel is to be worn over arc-rated clothing only and is not intended for use alone or over non-arc resistant apparel. The mesh component adds breathability, while the modacrylic fabric provides inherent flame resistance that remains effective through wear and laundering. Classified as Type/Class R3, it is suitable for workers needing the highest visibility, capable of handling high task loads while maintaining visibility during various body motions.
