The Merit chrome plated brass pipe fitting 1/2 inch square head cored plug NPT male is designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). The fitting has a pressure rating of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G., conforming to ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. Manufactured from chrome plated brass, it offers superior corrosion resistance, easy installation due to the material's relative softness, and provides a tight seal. The chrome plating ensures the fitting is easy to clean, resists dirt and bacteria buildup, and maintains a shiny finish.
