The Merit Chrome plated brass pipe fitting is a 1/2 x 3/8 x 3/8 reducing tee with NPT female connections. Designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.), these fittings have pressure ratings of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G., conforming to ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. They boast superior corrosion resistance due to their chrome plating, while the relative softness of the material ensures easy installation and a tight seal.
