The Merit chrome plated brass pipe fitting 3/8 union NPT female is designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). It has a pressure rating of 125 psi for steam and 200 psi for W.O.G. and complies with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The fittings feature superior corrosion resistance, and the relatively soft brass material allows for easy installation and a tight seal. The chrome plating ensures the fitting is easy to clean, resists dirt and bacteria accumulation, and maintains a shiny finish.
