The Merit chrome plated brass pipe fitting is a 1-inch, 45-degree elbow with NPT female threads designed for low pressure applications involving water, oil, and gas (W.O.G.). This fitting has pressure ratings of 125 PSI for steam and 200 PSI for W.O.G., complying with ANSI B 1.20.1 and ANSI B 16.15 standards. The chrome plating provides superior corrosion resistance while the brass material's relative softness facilitates easy installation and ensures a tight seal. The fittings are easy to clean, resist dirt and bacteria buildup, and maintain a shiny finish.
