The SureStrain™ premium cell strainer system is a fast and easy-to-use solution for detaching, isolating, and straining cells from clusters and tissues in preparation for flow cytometer. The kit includes a polypropylene frame that supports a nylon mesh, with an advanced design that eliminates the "air-lock" effect, allowing improved aeration as air escapes while filtrate passes through the mesh into the tube, preventing spillovers. It features faster flow through, an included adapter for tubes smaller than 50 ml, compatibility with 6-well plates, and interlocking and stackable frames. The system includes 1.5 mm feet for straining into flat plates and dishes, and is supplied sterile in individual blister packaging. It is free of RNase, DNase, pyrogens, and cytotoxins. The device is patent pending.
