The SureStrain™ premium cell strainer system is designed for fast and easy detachment, isolation, and straining of cells from clusters and tissues in preparation for flow cytometry. It features an advanced polypropylene frame that supports a nylon mesh, eliminating the "air-lock" effect to improve aeration and allow air to escape while filtrate passes through the mesh into the tube, preventing spills and reducing processing time. The system includes an adapter for tubes smaller than 50 ml and is compatible with 6-well plates. It is interlocking and stackable with 1.5 mm feet for straining into flat plates and dishes. The kit is supplied in sterile, individual blister packaging and is free from RNase, DNase, pyrogens, and cytotoxins. The product is patent pending.
