The MP8008 is a 1/2" round punch and die set designed for Metalpro Ironworkers, consisting of one upper punch and one lower die. The hole size corresponds to the upper punch, and each set includes a standard 2" lower die with a 1/32" clearance between the punch and die. For optimal performance, the hole punch size should be equal to or greater than the material thickness, and it is recommended that the punch and die set be 1/32" larger than the bolt size (for example, a 5/16" bolt requires an 11/32" round punch and die set). This set is rated for use in mild steel. Warranty terms apply.
