These square punch and die sets are designed for MetalPro ironworkers and include one upper punch and one lower die per set. The hole size is determined by the upper punch, and all sets feature a standard 2" lower die with a 1/32" clearance between the punch and die. For optimal performance, the hole punch size should be equal to or greater than the material thickness. The sets are rated for use in mild steel and it is recommended that the punch and die size is 1/32" larger than the bolt size, for example, a 5/16" carriage bolt requires an 11/32" square punch and die set.
