These oblong punch and die sets are designed for MetalPro ironworkers and include one upper punch and one lower die, with the hole size determined by the upper punch. Each set features a standard 2" lower die and a 1/32" clearance between the punch and the die. The hole punch size must be equal to or greater than the material thickness for optimal results, and the sets are rated for use in mild steel. It is recommended that the punch and die set be 1/32" larger than the bolt size, for example, a 5/16" bolt would require an 11/32" oblong punch and die set.
