These oblong punch and die sets are designed for MetalPro ironworkers and include one upper punch and one lower die. Each set features a 2" lower die and maintains a 1/32" clearance from the punch to the die, with the hole size determined by the upper punch. The hole punch size must be equal to or greater than the material thickness for best results. The sets are rated for use in mild steel, and it is recommended that the punch and die set be 1/32" larger than your bolt size (for example, a 5/16" bolt would require an 11/32" oblong punch and die set).
