The MP8019 is a 27/32" round punch and die set designed for MetalPro ironworkers, including one upper punch and one lower die in each set. The hole size corresponds to the upper punch, with all sets featuring a standard 2" lower die and a 1/32" clearance between the punch and die. For optimal performance, the hole punch size must be equal to or greater than the material thickness, and it is recommended that the punch and die set be 1/32" larger than the bolt size, such as using an 11/32" set for a 5/16" bolt. This punch and die set is rated for use in mild steel.
