EXAIR's® Gen4® Ion Air Cannon neutralizes static electricity and cleans at distances up to 15 feet (4.6 m) with no moving parts, making it ideal for hard-to-reach spaces or confined areas that require a concentrated flow of static-eliminating ions. The kit includes the Ion Air Cannon with an optional pressure regulator, allowing the air volume and velocity to be infinitely adjustable over a wide range to suit light to heavy-duty applications. It consumes low air, operates quietly, and offers rapid static decay while being shockless, non-radioactive, compact, rugged, and easy to install. The intake can be ducted, and the device features no moving parts for low maintenance. It is effective for applications such as bag opening (form and fill), cleaning and neutralizing parts, neutralizing shrink wrap, cleaning molded parts, removing static on assemblies, neutralizing slitting operations, package cleaning, and container neutralization.
