Exair's Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is designed for prolonged use without causing fatigue, featuring an ergonomic design that positions the hand comfortably and a large trigger for operation with one or multiple fingers. Constructed from durable cast aluminum, the body is built for rugged industrial environments and includes a convenient hanger hook for easy storage. The air gun is available with nozzles made from aluminum, stainless steel, or PEEK plastic to cater to specific application requirements, and aluminum extension pipes are available to access difficult areas. The engineered air nozzles and polycarbonate chip shields are designed to comply with OSHA standard 1910.242(b), which limits the use of compressed air for cleaning to less than 30 PSIG while requiring effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. Additionally, these nozzles help to reduce noise levels and provide protection against occupational noise exposure as dictated by OSHA standard CFR 1910.95 (a), which mandates protection when sound levels exceed specified limits.
