Exair's Precision Safety Air Gun is engineered for lightweight operation and comfort during extended use, making it ideal for various industrial applications. It features a highly focused and forceful airflow for excellent cleaning capability, with options for small diameter nozzles that are effective in tight spaces while delivering strong blowing force. The gun's construction includes high impact, glass reinforced nylon plastic, ensuring durability. Its ergonomic design allows for a comfortable grip, accommodating both small and large hands, with a large trigger grip that supports operation with one or more fingers. A hanger is included for easy storage or mounting on a tool balancer. The inlet measures 1/4" NPT female, and the nozzles are designed for consumption rates ranging from 2.5 to 8.3 SCFM at 80 PSIG. All nozzles are made of 316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance, and the optional Nano Nozzle is available in PEEK plastic for non-marring applications and enhanced chemical resistance. Additionally, the chip shield is adjustable along the full length of the extension, providing further versatility and functionality.
