Exair's Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is designed for prolonged use without fatigue, featuring an ergonomic design that keeps the hand in a comfortable position and a large trigger for operation with one or more fingers. The gun has a durable cast aluminum body suitable for rugged industrial environments and includes a convenient hanger hook for easy storage. It can be ordered with aluminum, stainless steel, or PEEK plastic nozzles to accommodate various application needs. Additionally, aluminum extension pipes are available to access typically hard-to-reach areas. Exair's engineered air nozzles, along with polycarbonate chip shields, comply with OSHA standard 1910.242(b), which states that compressed air shall not be used for cleaning purposes unless reduced to less than 30 PSIG and used with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. These nozzles are designed to reduce noise levels, providing protection against occupational noise exposure as outlined in OSHA standard CFR 1910.95(a), which requires protection when sound levels exceed those in Table G-16 when measured on the A scale of a standard sound level meter at slow response.
