The Variblast® Precision Safety Air Gun, including model 901220 chip shield, is a glass reinforced nylon air gun that produces variable force through simple trigger valve adjustment, allowing precise control from light to maximum force. It is compatible with many 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles and designed to be small, comfortable, lightweight, and ergonomic for extended use. The air gun delivers a highly focused blast of air suitable for applications such as part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, and part drying. Its small nozzle and extension enable access to tight spaces while reducing compressed air costs and improving blowoff performance.
