The Variblast® precision safety air gun includes model 901220 chip shields and longer type 316 stainless steel extension pipes designed for hard-to-reach areas. This glass-reinforced nylon air gun produces variable force through a simple adjustment of the trigger valve, allowing the user to control the airflow from light to maximum force by squeezing the trigger. It can be equipped with many 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles for versatility. The air gun is small, comfortable, lightweight, and ergonomic, making it suitable for extended use. It delivers a highly focused blast of air, improving blowoff performance and reducing compressed air cost. Its small nozzle and extension pipe enable access to tight spaces. The device meets OSHA noise level and pressure requirements, enhancing safety during use. Applications include part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, and part drying.
