The Variblast® Precision Safety Air Gun models include model 901220 chip shield and longer type 316 stainless steel extension pipes for hard-to-reach areas. This uniquely powerful air gun produces variable force through simple adjustment of the trigger valve, allowing users to control the force by squeezing the trigger partially or fully for maximum force. Constructed from glass-reinforced nylon, the air gun can be equipped with various 1/8 NPT engineered air nozzles. It is small, lightweight, comfortable, ergonomic, and highly effective for applications such as part cleaning, chip removal, liquid blowoff, part cooling, and part drying. The air gun provides a highly focused blast of air, fits into tight spaces due to its small nozzle and extension, reduces compressed air costs, and improves blowoff performance and safety. It meets OSHA noise level and pressure requirements.
