The Lyon® ADA locker room bench is designed for school and gym locker rooms and complies with the accessibility ADA bench requirements of sections 222 and 803 of the 2010 ADA standards. This 4-foot-long wood bench with metal legs features a hardwood bench top and back rest, both finished with two coats of clear acrylic that provide a glossy look and protect against scratches. The bench includes two extruded aluminum brackets, powder coated to match the pedestals, for attaching the back rest to the seat. The bench is supported by four steel pedestals, each 18 inches high at the wooden back, constructed from 14-gauge steel with 1-5/8-inch tubing uprights and finished with a putty powder coat paint that matches standard locker colors. The bench top and pedestals ship separately and include all assembly hardware and anchor bolts for easy field assembly and installation. The bench offers a weight capacity of 150 lbs per linear foot and is proudly made in the USA.
