The Lyon® ADA locker room bench is designed for school and gym locker rooms and complies with the accessibility ADA bench requirements of sections 222 and 803 of the 2010 ADA standards. This wood bench with metal legs supports a weight capacity of 150 lbs per linear foot, making it suitable for locker rooms and common spaces. The bench top is made of hardwood finished with two coats of clear acrylic, providing a glossy look and scratch protection through a hard resin surface. The bench includes four steel pedestals constructed from 14-gauge steel with 1-5/8-inch tubing uprights, painted with a dove gray powder coat finish, with an option for putty color to match standard locker colors. The bench top and pedestals ship separately and require simple field assembly using the included hardware and anchor bolts, which are provided to secure the bench to the floor for safety.
