This time-tested and proven automatic Eagle Beak drum lifter design allows a fork truck operator to easily secure, move, and release drums without leaving the seat of the fork truck. It is suitable for use with open (lid installed and secured) and closed head steel, plastic, and fiber drums that have a top lip strong enough to support the weight of the drum. This unit features a single-drum configuration and includes a safety restraint to secure the lifter to the fork truck, as well as a ratchet strap to secure the drum to the unit when traveling over rough terrain. The lifter complies with OSHA 1910.178 and ANSI B56.1 standards. It is constructed of solid steel, providing rugged, long-lasting use.
