Lyon® steel single tier lockers are manufactured in the USA, featuring 16-gauge, one-piece doors and 24-gauge body parts with laps and welded door frame corners for strength and rigidity. Each locker includes a 6-inch-wide door louver for ventilation and 6-inch-high legs to provide additional toe space below the door. The recessed steel handle is flush with the door and includes a hasp inside the recessed cup for securing with a user-provided padlock. These lockers incorporate Lyon®’s patent-pending metal nano-roller latching system, with a lockbar engaging both the top and bottom of the frame to enhance security, guided by a tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide that reduces noise and ensures smooth operation. The lockers can be ordered either unassembled, allowing field assembly with nuts and bolts where the door and frame ship as one piece ready to attach to the sides and back, or preassembled by Lyon® using pop rivets for enhanced durability. It is strongly recommended to properly anchor the lockers at the time of installation to either the wall or floor. The package and kit include the locker body, door, recessed handle with hasp for padlock, nano-roller latching system, ventilation louvers, and 6-inch legs.
