Lyon®'s traditional double tier metal locker is manufactured in the USA and features 16-gauge, one-piece steel doors with 24-gauge body parts. The door frame corners are lapped and welded for a strong and rigid assembly, while the 6-inch-wide door louvers provide ventilation inside the locker. The locker includes 6-inch-high legs for additional toe room below the door and each opening is equipped with one double prong hook and three single prong hooks for hanging coats or bags. The recessed steel handle sits flush with the door to prevent snagging and includes a hasp for a user-provided padlock. It features Lyon®’s patent-pending nano-roller metal latching system, which engages both the top and bottom of the frame for enhanced break-in protection. A tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide ensures smooth operation and reduces noise. The locker can be ordered either unassembled or assembled; the door and frame ship as one piece ready to attach to the sides and back, and if ordered assembled, Lyon® uses pop rivets for a stronger, more durable assembly. Proper anchoring of the lockers is recommended.
