Lyon® manufactures a 3-door standard steel single tier locker system made in the USA, featuring 16-gauge one-piece doors and 24-gauge body parts, with door frame corners lap welded to ensure a strong, rigid assembly. The locker includes 6-inch-wide door louvers for ventilation and 6-inch-high legs to provide additional toe room below the door. It incorporates Lyon®'s patent-pending metal nano-roller latching system with a recessed flush steel handle that minimizes snagging and contains an internal hasp for a user-provided padlock. The lockbar secures both the top and bottom of the frame for enhanced security, guided smoothly and quietly by a tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide. Lockers may be ordered assembled or unassembled; unassembled units can be put together on-site using nuts and bolts, with the door and frame shipping as one piece for attachment to sides and back. Assembled lockers are professionally constructed using pop rivets for a strong, durable build. Lyon® strongly recommends anchoring lockers to walls or floors during installation for safety and stability.
