Lyon® manufactures a 6-door traditional double tier steel locker made in the USA, featuring 16-gauge one-piece doors and 24-gauge body parts. The door frame corners are lapped and welded for a strong, rigid assembly, with 6-inch-wide door louvers providing ventilation and 6-inch-high legs offering additional toe room below the doors. Each locker opening includes one double prong hook and three single prong hooks for hanging coats or bags. The recessed steel handle sits flush with the door to prevent snagging, and includes a hasp inside the recessed cup for a user-provided padlock. These lockers use Lyon®'s patent-pending metal nano-roller latching system with a lockbar engaging both top and bottom of the frame for enhanced break-in protection, while a tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide ensures smooth, quiet operation. Lockers can be ordered assembled or unassembled; unassembled units are easily put together in the field with nuts and bolts, with the door and frame shipping as one piece ready to attach to the sides and back. Professionally assembled lockers use pop rivets for a strong and durable assembly. Proper anchoring of the lockers after installation is recommended.
