Lyon® standard steel single tier lockers are constructed with 16-gauge, one-piece doors and 24-gauge body parts. The door frame corners are lap welded for strength and rigidity, and the 6-inch-wide door louvers provide interior ventilation. Each locker is 36 inches wide, 15 inches deep, and 66 inches high, finished in putty color, with 6-inch-high legs offering additional toe room below the door. The recessed steel handle is flush with the door to prevent snagging and includes a hasp inside the recessed cup for securing with a user-provided padlock. These lockers feature Lyon®'s patent-pending metal nano-roller latching system, which engages the lockbar at both the top and bottom of the frame to enhance security, with a tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide ensuring smooth, quiet operation. Lockers can be ordered unassembled for field assembly using nuts and bolts, with door and frame shipping as one piece for ease of attachment to sides and back, or pre-assembled professionally by Lyon® using pop rivets for a strong, durable build. It is strongly recommended that lockers be anchored properly at installation for safety and stability.
