Lyon® manufactures quality steel single tier lockers made in the USA, featuring 16-gauge one-piece doors and 24-gauge body parts with laps and welded door frame corners for strength and rigidity. The locker includes 6-inch-wide door louvers for ventilation and 6-inch-high legs for additional toe room. It utilizes a recessed steel handle with a lift handle and a built-in hasp for a user-provided padlock. The locker incorporates Lyon®'s patent-pending metal nano-roller latching system with a lockbar engaging both the top and bottom of the frame for enhanced security, and a tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide to reduce noise and ensure smooth operation. This locker can be ordered assembled or unassembled; unassembled units assemble easily in the field using nuts and bolts, with door and frame shipped as one piece ready to attach to the sides and back, while professionally assembled lockers use pop rivets for a strong, durable assembly. Proper anchoring of the lockers to the wall or floor at installation is strongly recommended.
