Lyon® standard steel single tier lockers are manufactured in the USA and consist of 16-gauge, one-piece doors and 24-gauge body parts, with door frame corners lapped and welded for strength and rigidity. Each locker features a 6-inch-wide door louver for interior ventilation, measures 36"W x 15"D x 66"H, and includes 6-inch-high legs to provide additional toe room below the door. The recessed steel handle sits flush with the door to prevent snagging and contains a hasp inside the cup for securing with a user-provided padlock. These lockers utilize Lyon®'s patent-pending metal nano-roller latching system with a lockbar engaging both the top and bottom of the frame for enhanced break-in protection, accompanied by a tamper-resistant nylon lockbar guide for smooth, quiet operation. The lockers can be ordered either unassembled with nuts and bolts for field assembly, with doors and frames shipped as one piece ready to attach to sides and back, or pre-assembled by Lyon® using pop rivets instead of nuts and bolts to ensure a strong and durable build. Proper anchoring of the lockers during installation is recommended.
